My journey in the industry began as an Implementation Specialist at SiteMinder, where I facilitated seamless onboarding experiences for new hotel properties and conducted bilingual training sessions for English and German-speaking customers. This role allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the complexities of software integration and cloud computing.

My career then led me to Expedia Group, where I served as an Integration Consultant, then as a Technical Relationship Manager. In my recent role, I managed the integration and performance of various software partners, ensuring optimum systems setup and providing long-term technical support. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I developed creative solutions to technical challenges and contributed to the growth and success of Expedia Group's brand and vision.
